Our staff are proud members of the Columbus community and have worked closely with the Lions Club by donating to the annual golf tournament and attending monthly luncheons. We also sponsor charitable events such as a “lunch and learn” at the local medical clinic and perform free exams at local nursing facilities for patients who are unable to travel. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are available for early appointments and home visits upon request. Insurance is accepted, so please remember to bring your insurance card to your appointment. Other forms of payment that are acceptable include cash, check, credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) and financing is available.
